Post-merger integration advisory
Direct input from the practitioner behind the toolkit. For teams that want more than templates: someone who has run integrations from the inside, on live transactions worth over £300m, and can shortcut the first month of yours.
Scope
What the advisory covers
from deal thesis to a workstream plan people can run
the checklist, the go or no-go reviews, the announcement sequence
milestones, owners and phase gates that survive contact
cadence, reporting pack and escalation routes for a lean integration office
briefs, RACI and the first two weeks of agendas
SteerCo packs the board reads in five minutes
from deal model to banked, with finance sign-off built in
registers that force decisions rather than record them
service schedules, exit criteria and cost run-off
standing up what the buyer does not get
one-off cost envelopes, tracking and honest variance
post-deal reviews that change how the next deal runs
Engagement
Two ways to work together
The advisory bundle · £2,499
The full Enterprise toolkit plus two 90-minute working sessions, scheduled by email around your deal timeline. Most teams use the first session on the plan and Day 1 readiness, and the second on governance and synergy tracking once the integration is live. Sessions are arranged within one working day of purchase and can be booked up to twelve months ahead.
Book the advisory bundleBespoke support
Plan reviews, interim integration leadership, IMO support for a defined period, or help with a specific problem such as a slipping TSA exit. Email a short note on the deal size, the timeline and where it hurts, and you will get a straight answer on whether and how I can help.
Email an enquiryWho this is for
Deals roughly in the £5m to £500m range: corporate development teams, private equity portfolio teams, and first-time acquirers who do not have a standing integration function. It also suits experienced integration leads who want a second pair of eyes on a plan before it goes to the board.
This is senior, practical input at specific moments, not a resourcing model.
It is honest to say what this is not. If you are integrating a multi-billion acquisition and need a staffed programme team on the ground for a year, a consultancy bench is the right call.
