Who writes these.
I lead post-merger integrations and I’m still in practice, so my name stays off this site. If you book advisory, you’ll get it, in confidence, before the first session.
Bought as consultancy, the method in these templates runs into tens of thousands. As templates it can’t be tailored to your deal, but it costs a fraction of that, and you don’t have to take my word for any of it. The board views run free on the sample deal, the risk register below is free to keep, and if the templates haven’t earned their place on your deal within 30 days, I’ll refund you.

No. Every file arrives filled in for a sample deal, plus a short guide. You overwrite the example rather than start from an empty grid.
Will they work on our systems?
They’re standard Excel, Word and PowerPoint files with no macros and nothing to install, so they get through corporate IT. They work best in desktop Microsoft 365.
Is our deal data safe in the board views?
Yes. Each view runs on your own computer and is blocked from the network by design. Nothing is uploaded or tracked, and it works with the wifi off.
Do you charge VAT, and can we get an invoice?
No VAT is charged, as Merge & Land isn’t VAT registered. Stripe emails a receipt at purchase for your expenses. If finance needs an invoice raised before you buy, email me.
Do the files get updated?
Core and Pro are the current version on the day you buy, and yours to keep. Enterprise and Advisory include lifetime updates through a shared folder.
What if it isn’t right for us?
Email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Licence details are in the terms.
